The front brim is somewhat severely bended when it arrived. I think it was rolled up too tightly during shipping. The first one I bought did not have this problem but I lost it when I went to the hospital for my X rays a few days after I received it. Alas!
The edge of the hat is not crisp like the pictures. I’ve tried to flatten it by putting heavy books on the edge but still not straight. For almost $80CAD, this hat is a not worth it at all. I could’ve gotten something similar on Amazon for this quality for less than half the price.
Nice Sun coverage and design detailing. My face feels very protected against the UV rays. The only pet peeve I have is the ribbon in the back. Although it looks nice, it is not very practical when it’s dangling at the back of your head, especially if you have short hair. If I were to buy this again I would not buy the one with the ribbon in the back.

This hat is just as the pictures show it to be. It protects my face perfectly from the sun and is perfect for a walk, run errands, or a day at the fair. It’s super practical to put on.
I have this visor in the solid material (grey) and I love it for my daily walks. I bought this raffia one because I thought it would match more outfits so I could wear it when I'm out and about and not just exercising. However, because of the nature of the material, it doesn't hold its shape as well, and the brim doesn't form a clean smooth line as in the images on the website. The material used for the bow has no body, so it just flops like shoelaces rather than keeping a nice bow shape. There is an image of the bow on the website where the ribbon is thicker than what is on the visor I received. Overall, it doesn't look as polished as what I was expecting. However, it still does the job of sun protection, so I will just keep it.

Havent used yet . But washed it on gentle wash, the band that goes around forehead still smells like chemicals after wash. And i couldnt get the shape of hat to go back..so sad about that part.
This item took 3 weeks to arrive! Upon contacting customer service I received prevarications about how they need an extra 3 days to process. I no longer needed it and have left on my trip. Do not recommend buying from this company.

Amazing hat! It looks beautiful and is incredibly comfortable to wear with either a ponytail or a bun.It can be rolled into a compact ring and easily fits in a bag. It also travels perfectly in a suitcase without losing its shape. I'll probably buy a new one after the summer because I've already managed to stain the black ribbon with sunscreen. Turns out using a mineral sunscreen with this hat wasn't the brightest idea.
Beneunder have stopped responding to my emails. The items arrived damaged, and I have already shared photos along with follow‑up emails after your request to return them for a refund. I do not want a replacement. I am certain your website states that if items arrive defective, you are liable and will process the return accordingly. This has been a terrible experience. Exactly what I was looking for. I have loads of hats with SPF, but was on the lookout for a visor so I could wear my hair up. I bought two. This one was the "fancier" version.

Pretty hat. I like that it is adjustable. I worry that it isn't fully UPF 50 because of the small holes in the weaving. But happy I bought it since it's better than a similar hat I had from Amazon.

This one was great, my second one came missing the tag and looked like it had been worn and returned. I tried to ask for a return label and they told me I had to pay to ship it back. Not happy!
I absolutely love my straw visor . It is elegant yet sturdy and so efficient. Exactly how described. I am pleased with how adjustable it is to ensure the correct fit. Some hats and visors claim to be adjustable but they still are limited in the adjustment possible.
Happy with the size..it does truly provide more coverage than other hats....I've received many compliments from others while wearing it...might have to get the beige once back in stock....
