This shirt fits smaller than the long sleeve ones and has a thicker material. It would've been just a personal preference and I wouldn't give a 1-star review if the return process made more sense. Here's my story with my return -- if there's any possibility that you might want to return your item, you might want to read.
First they offered small coupons and let me keep my item, and after I told them I prefer to return, they sent me the process to return, promising a refund around one week upon receiving the package. I sent them all the information they need including the tracking number, but heard nothing back from them until well after my tracking showed it was delivered. 10 days after I dropped of my package (5 days after the parcel was shown to be received according to tracking), I followed up asking if there were any updates, which as ghosted. Another 9 days later, I followed up again, and was told the warehouse hasn't verified the receipt of my package. And then another 5 days later, I followed up again, and essentially got the same reply copy and pasted. After continuous pushing on my end, they offered to urge the warehouse to verify, but when I asked if I can hear new update within 24 hours, they replied that they will reply to me "as soon as possible". I don't know what's next, but this has wasted me so much time that it's a 1-star experience no matter what next.
