Love the look, but I don’t like the back strap as much. Material is too slippery and visor moves/falls off my head a lot. The strap also looks like elasticity will not last very long. I would prefer a backing that had a Velcro closeure.

The bonnet arrived damaged and it did not fit as well as the other two hats I purchased. I contacted Beneunder immediately and within the return policy requirements and asked for a return label and a refund for the damaged bonnet. The item was in the original condition, as shipped, unworn, unwashed, and with the original packaging...and Beneunder would not send a return label to refund the damaged bonnet. I was a new customer and excited to find these type of hats and bonnets...that is why I order three hats. But now, I never order from Beneunder again and I have told my network that Beneunder lacks an authentic return policy and to avoid this company.
Hat is too flimsy and already has a bend before I wore it
there's a crease that remains after a long time, and the shape and texture look very different from the product photo. Very disappointed and way too over-priced for this quality

Love this hat! Very well made, love how it rolls up. Coverage was great. I wore it while camping and felt very sun protected. Comfortable on my head despite the full coverage visor.

I bought the original version of this product—the harder one—and I absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, this new version isn’t as good.
Of the three hats I ordered, this one arrived with a noticeable crease. Unfortunately, despite my attempts to smooth it out, the crease would not come out and affected the hat’s appearance.
The customer service team was awful. I requested for a refund. The hat arrived with severe creases and was not in a wearable condition. They just gave us such a simple explanation and ignore next reply even I request for a return. I would not buy this brand again.

Exactly what I was looking for. I have loads of hats with SPF, but was on the lookout for a visor so I could wear my hair up. I bought two. This one was the "sportier" version for when I'm in leggings or casual clothing. I always look for hats that cover my entire face - I want full coverage, not just down to my cheeks. The roll-up feature makes it easy to throw in my bag too.
For the price I don’t think the quality is great. The brim is bent.
