When I received the item, I noticed a mark on the top of the jacket. I tried contacting customer service to arrange a return, but the service was terrible. They claimed the jacket could not be returned and only offered me an exchange or $10 off my next purchase. However, if the item isn't returnable, why does the website state that returns are accepted? Furthermore, the quick-dry material is uncomfortable and of very poor quality. Please save your money and don't buy from them—the actual product looks completely different from their photos and videos!

The size is smaller than advertised and the quality is not that great. The return is impossible to manage. I’ve been told that there is a warehouse relocation so a return and refund will be delayed - but no time frame for the delay. This is a company with no concern for customer service. and is some scam company that looks good on instagram but is based out of China. They are using all tactics to prevent a return. Will never purchase anything again from them

It has literally no weight. The quality seems absolutly fine so far. I only sense the cooling effect when putting on. When I wear it for some time and it already has body temperature it doesn‘t cool down more than any other synthetic fibre. But it is ok for me.
