We want you to love your Beneunder products. But if you’re having second thoughts, we make returns and exchanges as simple as possible.
1. Order Modifications or Cancellation
After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact support@beneunder.com and request order modifications, change of address, or a cancellation. After 24 hours, your order has already been placed in processing and can no longer be modified or canceled.
2. How to Initiate a Return
First email us at support@beneunder.com and let us know your order number. We will provide you with return instructions and the correct return address.
All returned items will be inspected to determine if they qualify for a refund. Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, unstained, and with original packaging intact. If goods are damaged due to improper handling, we reserve the right to deny the return.
Note:
Please do not return items to the original shipping address on the shipping label.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid delays or lost parcels.
3. Return Period
We provide a refund and exchange period within 30 days from the date you receive your package.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Personal Reason: Dislike / Unsuitable
You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping option as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Quality Problem: Wrong / Damaged Items
You do not need to pay for return shipping. Please email us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your case and provide a solution.
5. How to Exchange
Email us at support@beneunder.com and provide your order number, the item you would like to exchange, and the reason. Our customer service team will reply with next steps.
Note: Items must be unused and in original packaging. Exchanges are permitted only for the same item and cannot be made for a different product or value.
6. Exchange Shipping Costs
No Quality Issues:
You are responsible for the return shipping cost and any price difference.
With Quality Issues:
We cover the shipping cost. Please provide your order number and relevant photos, including packaging and product condition.
7. When Will I Receive My Exchange
Once we receive and confirm your return is eligible for exchange, we will place a new order. Please share your return tracking number with us. Processing typically takes 1 business day, and standard delivery takes 5–7 business days.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition or damaged not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Briefs, nipple covers, and other intimate items. For hygiene and product safety reasons, these items are final sale.
9. Refunds
Once your return is approved, please ship the item to the address provided by our team. After our warehouse confirms the condition, we will issue your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method.
If you have not received your refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company. If the issue persists, contact us at support@beneunder.com.
