1. You may cancel an order any time within 48 hours before the item has shipped from our warehouse
2. Ar efund takes up to 3-7 business days to be credited back to the original payment method.
3. If you do not receive a refund after 7 business days, please directly contact us via support@beneunder.com with your order number and payment method, once we received your email, we will get back to you within 24 hours.
Within 30 Calendar Days Return
We can not cancel your order if your package has shipped but our products can be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Please note that we won't cover the shipping fees for return after shipping. If the 30-day return window has passed, and your product is still under warranty, contact us for warranty service.

How to Return?
1. To return the clothing to Beneunder, please email support@Beneunder.com with your order number and the reason for your return/exchange, and customer service wil get back to you within 24 hours.

2. If the your request meets our Return & Exchange Policies, we will send you our shipping address to return back, please ship the clothing back within 7 days, after receive our refund confirmation email(usually within 24-48 hours).

4. We’ll contact you back after we receiving the clothing. Your refund will be processed at 3~7 business days.
Other Terms and Conditions:
1.Only products that have been purchased directly from Beneunder.com are eligible for returns or exchange. We do not accept returns of branded merchandise purchased from other retailers or re-sellers.
2.The purchased merchandise must be in brand new condition with original packaging and accessories.
3.If the merchandise is not working caused by non-human factors, please email us with a video of the product problem, we will review it and offer solutions as soon as possible once receiving the email.

Please ensure that the clothing you're returning or exchanging is repackaged with all the accessories and receipts that were included when you received it.
